The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire: Be a mentor for your team, setting the tone for a motivated and cohesive group.

• Customer Experience: Maintain exceptional service standards, resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care.

• Operations Guru: Own the day-to-day operations - from scheduling and inventory management to ensuring product quality.

• Drive Growth: Help implement cool marketing strategies and promotions to boost café traffic and sales

• Keep It Safe & Clean: Ensure the café meets all health, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role, ideally in hospitality or F&B.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Flexible availability (yes, weekends and holidays!).

• A passion for creating outstanding customer experiences.

• Strong prioritization and organizational abilities.

• Must have Food Safety Manager certification.

• A positive, outgoing personality with leadership qualities.

• Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and navigating the café environment.

• Ability to read and write in English.
