The Role
We’re looking for a friendly, passionate, and detail oriented Café Barista to join our growing team. As one of the first faces guests see at COMMUNE, you will help create exceptional beverage experiences and deliver hospitality that feels genuine, effortless, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities
• Craft exceptional beverages including espresso drinks, specialty coffees, teas, and seasonal beverages with consistency and care.
• Provide an elevated guest experience by greeting warmly, taking accurate orders, and delivering outstanding service.
• Maintain high standards for drink preparation, recipe execution, and presentation.
• Support daily café operations including restocking, maintaining a clean workspace, and keeping the café organized.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, efficient service during busy periods.

Qualifications
• Barista experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for coffee, food, and hospitality.
• Ability to follow allergen and safety guidelines.
• Comfortable standing for the duration of work shifts.
