Prep Cook Duties

• Prepare ingredients, such as washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning.

• Assist chefs with basic cooking tasks and plating dishes.

• Ensure food is stored and labeled correctly to meet safety standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Dishwasher Duties

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

• Ensure all kitchen tools are ready for use by chefs and prep cooks.

• Manage garbage and recycling, keeping kitchen areas tidy.

• Monitor dishwashing supplies and communicate needs to management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a prep cook or dishwasher is a plus but not required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
